HOW DOES IT WORK? 🤔
You have deck of cards (with 2 jokers), we are pulling out cards one by one till the whole deck is gone.
There are 4 different exercises, every sign is a exercise and the number that is on the card shows number of counts.
♥️ SQUAT JUMP
♠️ BURPEE
♦️ CRISS CROSS ABS WITH STRAIGHT LEGS (COUNTING: you can do on one count, than you should double the number that is shown on the card. Or if you are counting on two counts and than just do the exercise to the number that is pulled out)
♣️ SUPERMAN + PUSH UP
Make sure you do active break between pulling out cards. You can do running or marching in place.
HAVE FUN AND STAY ACTIVE!!! 💪

Izvlačimo karte iz špila (uključujući i dva džokera) sve dok ih ne potrošimo. Imamo 4 vežbe, jer svaki znak označava određenu vežbu, a broj na karti označava broj ponavljanja koji radimo.

♦️ UKRŠTENI TRBUŠNJACI OPRUŽENIH NOGU (BROJANJE: Ukoliko brojite svaki pokret onda duplirate broj koji se nalazi na izvučenoj karti. Ukoliko brojite na svaki drugi pokret, onda uradite broj ponavljanja koji je prikazan na izvučenoj karti.)
♣️ SUPERMAN + SKLEK
Bitno je raditi aktivne pauze između svakog izvlačenja karte. Možete raditi trčanje ili hodanje u mestu.
