2 ounces (57 g) egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 ounce (28 g) sugar
1 teaspoon strawberry emulsion
IMBC INGREDIENTS ►
16 ounces (454 g) granulated sugar
8 ounces (227 g) water
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 large (264 g) egg whites
24 ounces (680 g) unsalted butter softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
