Unexplainable noise captured during filming

While reviewing footage for a how-to countertop video I came across this voice like noise in a random clip. Although I am sure there is a logical explanation, I have to admit, it does sound like a scary ghost voice trying to articulate something.

Does anyone have an explanation of what the noise might be?
