1934 Zombie: A Classic Killer plus 2016 Tiki Bar Tour Part 3 | Cocktail Fridays

The 2016 Tiki Tour continues down to the epicenter of Polynesian Cocktail Pop Culture, San Francisco. We look back on three amazing tiki bars there, and one of the most classic killer cocktails in existence: The 1934 Zombie.

1934 Zombie
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Don's mix
1/2 oz Falernum
1.5 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
1.5 oz Gold or Dark Jamaican Rum
1 oz 151-Proof Demerara Rum
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
6 drops Pernod
1 tsp Grenadine

Pour over crushed ice in collins glass, garnish with pineapple leaves, enjoy!
