Trinidadi Issues: Bitters-heavy Cocktail | Cocktail Fridays

This week we look at a neo-tiki era recipe from world renowned bartender Chad Austin. Filmed at Adrian Eustaquios amazing Desert Oasis Room, we look at the unique mix of flavors from aged Barbados Rum, to a shockingly high amount of Angostura Bitters.

Trinidadi Issues
¾ oz Lime juice
¾ oz Pineapple juice
½ oz Orgeat syrup
½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
¾ oz Barbados Rum
1½ oz Angostura Bitters

Garnish with nutmeg on top
