A Mai Tai with Amaro!? | Across The Pacific

This week we reshake the Mai Tai once again with a modern riff from Meaghan Dorman, Across the Pacific. Combining the classic pacific islands cocktail world with the bittersweet cocktail world of Italy, results in a spicy delicious riff that will make you say che bella! Cient'anne!

Across the Pacific by Meaghan Dorman
¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
¾ ounce orgeat
½ ounce Averna amaro
½ ounce Smith & Cross Jamaican rum
1 ounce Appleton Reserve rum

Shake with ice, strain over chrushed ice in doublerocks glass.
Grate nutmeg over top.
