Bosuball Training - Strength - Part 25 - Mountain Climbers on the Bosuball

In this exercise we use both sides of the bosuball. Start from the starting position for a mountain climber/high plank or push-up.

Then it is more or less just to do regular "Mountain Climbers". The instability from the bosuball provides a challenge for the obliques as well as the arms, shoulders and wrists.
