Trapbar or Hexbar

Exercises where this bar beats the old common lift bar. I will call it Trapbar here, but it is almost the same as Hexbar.

00:13 Deadlift with the Trapbar
Much heavier than with the regular bar with the hold. Also you are using your legs in a very different way to lift the bar from the ground.

00:44 Shoulder Press with the Trapbar
Easier for shoulders than with the regular bar. A bit like working out with dumbbells.

A mixture between deadlifts and squats. An exercise that significantly increases your heart rate.

Easier for shoulders than with the regular bar. Also here it is like working out with dumbbells.
