CARDIO VS WEIGHT TRAINING- Which is BETTER for WEIGHT LOSS?

For Weight Loss (Fat Loss), Weight Training is MORE EFFECTIVE than CARDIO. In this video, we discuss 3 reasons why you should limit CARDIO during FAT LOSS. If you are tight on time, WEIGHT TRAINING alone will give you 80-90% of benefits. CARDIO is only SUPPLEMENTAL for FAT LOSS, not compulsory.
