Hi, I'm Ben with Flight Systems Industrial Products. I'm going to talk to you guys today about a question that I'm commonly asked when talking about the Xtender Battery Regenerator unit. That is "What is our BMS kit, and how does it work?"

So, I have here one of our BMS sensors, or battery monitoring sensors. What this sensor does is speak via Bluetooth back to our integrated monitor software, taking voltage readings of either the cell, or forklift battery like we have here, or on the battery of a golf cart or scrubber-sweeper. This is very helpful in determining whether we have mechanical damage within that battery or cell, or whether that battery or cell does need to be replaced.

And when that does speak back to our software, what that software does is communicate, and give us a very detailed graph determining the health of those cells. This does make it a very labor-free kind of process, virtually eliminating the need for a technician to go around with a volt meter, taking voltages of each of these batteries.

Now, when we're going to attach this sensor, what we do is attach both the positive and negative clips to the inner cell connectors of that battery. When we do have a flashing LED light, we know it is powered on and ready to start reporting. These sensors do come in 2 volt, 6 volt, and 8 to 12 volt sensors for the industrial batteries, as well as the golf and scrubber-sweeper markets.
