I Did Handstands Every Day For 30 Days (CHALLENGE RESULTS)

These are the results of a fitness challenge I did daily. I did handstands every day for 5 minutes to an hour without stopping. It helped build my shoulders and abs while boosting my discipline and other mental aspects which you will see in the video. I've done pull-ups or push-ups every day for 14 days, and I've done other challenges, but I enjoyed this one the most because it made me gain a new skill.
