Feldenkrais Lesson #1: The Pelvic Clock
This lesson is often what we teach on someone's first visit because it's very easy to integrate into your daily life (sitting in a chair anywhere!) and it helps you learn about how your pelvis and spine are related. This lesson is particularly beneficial for anyone with hip pain, low back pain, upper body tension, and general stiffness in the hips or back.
