How To Do Lateral Raises - Build Your Shoulders

In this video we discuss the following adjustments:
*Going too heavy vs. choosing a weight that's challenging, yet doable
*Shrugging the dumbbells and lifting vs. pushing the weight away
*Arms too bent or too straight vs. slight bend in the elbows
*Elbows tilted down vs. elbows tilted slightly up
*Going too fast and using momentum vs. controlling the weight
*Resting at the bottom vs. keeping constant tension on the delts

Use a slower pace, isometric holds, constant tension, and partial reps to increase difficulty, without having to go heavier!
A few small tweaks can lead to amazing progress. Remember that each properly executed rep contributes to your results, while wasted reps are just wasted time! Make it count!
