Upper Back and Shoulder opening Yoga Technique - Part 1 with Raja Gupta | Yograja

This tutorial video i have made to make upper back & shoulder joint flexible for beginner. to achieve proper alignment and benefits its very important to have upper back & shoulder flexible. because when we are practicing any pose like pigeon or wheel pose if upper back & shoulder is not flexible then its very difficult to do pose and maybe have pain.
