Upper Back and Shoulder Opening Yoga Technique - Part-2 with Raja Gupta| Backbend | Yograja

This tutorial video i have made to make upper back & shoulder joint flexible for beginner. To achieve proper alignment and benefits its very important to have upper back & shoulder flexible. because when we are practicing any pose like pigeon or wheel pose if upper back & shoulder is not flexible then its very difficult to do pose and maybe have pain.
