Exploring terroir in cheese and wine with Patrick McGuigan and Lydia Harrison MW

Patrick McGuigan, cheese writer and educator for the Academy of Cheese, teams up with our own Lydia Harrison MW once again for their next cheese and wine pairing webinar. In this hour-long session, they'll explore the concept of terroir and the impact of climate, soil, topography, agricultural practices and the human touch on both cheese and wine. A variety of pairings will be explored which are noted below, with some suggested alternatives in brackets.
Unfortunately, due to a technical error, the recording only features the slides and audio, the presenters were not recorded.
