葱 1根

饺子皮：
中筋面粉 2.5杯
凉水 1杯

蘸酱：
酱油，醋，香油，辣椒油，葱花
Ingredients:
ground beef 500g
tomato 1 big or 2 small
salt 1 teaspoon
Sichuan peppercorn powder
five spice powder
ginger powder
Chinese celery
green onion

Dough:
all purpose flour 2.5 cup
cold water 1 cup

Dipping sauce:
soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seed oil, chili oil and chopped green onions
