Plantar fasciitis pain can be debilitating and can really affect your day to day activities.
This video will hopefully help you get rid of your plantar fasciitis and help you live a pain free life.

Treatment
Things to do before you get our of bed in the morning
- Rub the plantar fascia across the fibres
- Stretch the fascia by bending your toes back, make sure to get all the toes
- Step on a lacrosse ball for a hands off massage
- Stretch the calf muscles, gastrocs and the soleus

Strengthen
- Foot grip repeat 100 times throughout the day
