Correct sitting posture
How to prevent neck, shoulder, upper back and lower back pain.

Anterior pelvic tilt is when:
-Your glutes (bum muscles) are underactive and become too weak to bring your pelvis into neutral positions
-Your hamstrings and your hip flexors get too tight, and pull your pelvis into anterior pelvic tilt.

Stand up every 20 minutes
Stretch - hamstrings and hip flexors
Strengthen glutes and core, by doing glute bridges, as shown in the video
