Intense Calisthenics Routine - Part 1
Hey guys, today we are gonna do an intense superset without getting off the bar. It consists of doing 1 muscle up, 20 bar dips, then 10 pull ups, then we hold 15 sec isometrics, and finally 10 pull. Try to do 3-4 sets with 90 sec rest in between sets.
