30 Minute Total Body Mini Band Workout . Challenging At-home Fitness

This workout is continuous. Intermediate/ Advanced | Make sure your band has some give to it! If it doesn’t, it will not work! We're getting creative with this full body mini-band workout! The only thing we need is a mini band. We have fairly high reps as we hit the upper body and lower body in a short amount of time. Decrease the band resistance as a modification or increase the band resistance to make it more challenging!
