Few more thoughts on the recipe: This recipe was very easy to make and had great results for both the frozen and refrigerated dough after only 30 minutes. These held their thickness the BEST of all the Levain Cookies I've tried after the 30 minute period. Most require at least 90 minutes.

I have tried the ones left in the freezer for over 24 hours and held their shape slightly better than the others. The difference isn't huge though!
