Update: Hi, I made this video for fun and to test out the recipe with what I have at home. I'm not trying to be a professional baker teaching you something 😆

*FYI I put the cookies in the fridge not freeze by mistake. Luckily, they still baked well and tasted great. TY to Mermaid Atlantica for pointing this out*

1 cup + 1 tbsp Cold Butter
¼ cup + 3 tbsp Sugar
¾ cup + 1 tbsp Soft Light Brown Sugar
1 cups + 2 tbsp Caramelized White Chocolate
1 cups + ½ cup + 3 tbsp White Chocolate Chips
2 cups + ½ cup Plain Flour
½ cup + 2 tbsp Self Raising Flour
1tsp Salt
2tsp Baking Powder
1/2 c Sprinkles
2 Whole Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
