Trying the famous Levain Bakery Cookies! Seems like the most appropriate thing to do when stuck at home.

Some more thoughts:
-I honestly enjoyed these room temperature just as much as in the oven
-Of the copycat recipes I've tried the Delish one was closest in size and texture. That being said, I'd be interested in trying more copycat recipes since they don't quite nail the original. There's something about the crumbly texture of the original that is hard to replicate.
-My favorite "copycat" for the original is still the Cupcake Jemma recipe. I think it has best taste and created some large, thick cookies
-Let me know you thoughts and I'm sure mine might change overtime
