A patient who was recently diagnosed with diabetes comes in for his first visit ever to a podiatrist. This is the same patient from my video "Malice Callus." He has a significant fungal toenail issue, as well as hammertoes and corns. The toenails are trimmed and samples are sent to the lab for fungal identification. The corns are also trimmed. This patient was referred to me by his sister, a subscriber to the channel. Regular podiatric foot care is vital to the health of all diabetic patients.
