My Cat Allergy On The Vegan Diet Cured By Eating MEAT!

Something I became aware of after getting off of a vegan diet late last year is that the cat allergy I had on the vegan diet never existed EVER in my life before going vegan for 6 years!

I had been around cats almost my whole life and not once did I ever suffer from a cat allergy, NOT ONCE but whilst I was vegan if I was around cats and stroked them it would make me eyes itch like crazy and become super red and inflamed.

But on the vegan diet when this was happening I was like OK cats and I just don't get on well so I will just avoid them to the best of my ability and not stroke them at all.

This "fix" obviously stopped this issue from occurring but it had not addressed the root cause of the cat allergy which turned out to be due to me eating a vegan diet because since I have switched to a high animal based diet I no longer have a cat allergy, I can be around cats and stroke them without reacting to them at all.

I talk about this whole experience and everything mentioned above to make others aware of this because I know I am not the only person who has this issue on the vegan diet with a cat allergy!
