What I eat in a week with a cheat day everyday?? I mean I think this is just how I eat normally, enjoying all the delicious food I’m lucky to have eating with food freedom and practicing intuitive eating :) so welcome to my what i eat in a week with food freedom and very first full week of eating hehe also Idk why but I made an intro for this video but hope you enjoy!

DAY 1 = thick apple cinnamon oats, leftover pizza from a slice of new york, no recipe chow mein, roasted hannah sweet potato, flour tortilla

DAY 2 = thick strawberry oatmeal, leftover chicken veggie chow mein, vegan croissant from whole foods, broccoli chicken stir fry with rice, vegan croissant again, blueberry cashew kind bar

DAY 3 = snacky breakfast plate (croissant, apple, mixed nuts), veggie chicken stir fry and rice, strawberry banana nice cream, kimchi hot dog, prince noodle snack, roasted sweet potato

DAY 4 = mushroom veggie scramble with french bread, beef hot dog, steak rice and greens, prince noodle snack, whole foods vegan croissant

DAY 5 = snacky breakfast plate (toasted french bread, kind bar, apple), pickled veggies with pita bread and falafel (oren’s hummus), crispy baked tofu and ginger garlic chicken stir fry with rice and greens

DAY 6 = cinnamon peach oats, rice + crispy tofu + greens, pita bread, asian food medley (roasted corn and broccoli stir fry, green onion scrambled eggs, oxtail stew, rice), prince noodle snack, blueberry kind bar

DAY 7 = veggie mushroom breakfast scramble, pita bread, leftovers from thursday night (egg, oxtail stew, broccoli, corn, rice), flour tortilla, roasted sweet potato, beef bulgogi bibimbap, more roasted japanese sweet potatoes
