This is what I eat in a week. I went to the gym and worked out 6 times this week. I hit my glutes, shoulder, triceps, biceps, chest and back.
In this vlog, I talk about my workout plans and how many times I work out in a week.

I tried the egg tart from trader joes and it was pretty good. Go see if your trader joes carry them!!

I made protein reeses muffin and SO delicious! Try out the recipe:) Filled with protein and is vegan :)
I was so happy I got two hands corndog this week. Their potato dog with mozzarella cheese is so bomb. If you guys haven’t tried korean cheese corn dogs please go try!

Thank you mom for making all the yummy korean food! She made the BEST bossam, sweet chili shrimp, potato cheese hotteok, cold soba noodles, and spicy snail salad! I ate alot of korean food this week!
