* When I mentioned the oil at the end! I clearly stated it's NOT a health & shouldn't be used regularly.. When I said if you use a tiny amount "infrequently" don't stress about it - if your diet is 95% whole plant foods I meant it! But am I saying you should use it occasionally like once week (like I do sometimes) - NO! I'm saying that you don't have to eat 100% "perfectly" all the time to be very healthy. If you're like me and eat only whole foods 99% of the time and sometimes want to use a little bit (infrequently) for texture or something then that's also nothing to worry about in my opinion. If you want to be "perfect" & oil free then good for you. I do not aspire to be because I know how well I look after my health (and also know how sick I got when I did have an all or nothing "perfectionist" mindset). End of. * See pinned comment... * I understand that food prices are totally different in other countries! I do believe that where ever you live you can make wise choices even if you are on a strict budget.. Obviously this day wasn't thee most complete day of eating (by any means). But, remember I got all this food for the same price as a candy bar or one can of soda!!✌🏽
