Suppressed emotions are dangerous by the fact that often they are not easily recognized. We don't notice them until they cause so much tension that it forms severe diseases in the body.
This kriya works with deep, long-standing trauma associated with supressed aggression, resentment, anger.
It helps to heal the body from self-harming, release the clamps in the body, feel relief on an emotional level, accept what cannot be fixed.
Works and clears all chakras from blocks to allow the energy circulate freely.
