Are their any cables? Yes.. a usb c to usb c that's 1-2ft long
How do I charge the power bank? You have to use your own AC charger adapter and power cable.. one that has a USB C or USB micro end.
If you want fast charging, then you need a ac power adapter that supports fast charging.

Pro's: Can charge iphones and ipads just fine.
Rated battery capacity is 20000mah. Tested and appears to have that.

Con's: Heavy
only a usb c and usb a port to charge your devices.
no cables except the usb c to usb c cable.
