This is a great upper body workout using your resistance band. Targeting the Biceps, triceps, chest, upper back and shoulders.
This workout is over two rounds made up of 15 reps per exercise. We will do two exercises per muscle group.

2. Single arm Bicep curl
3. Standing over head Tricep extension
4. Laying Tricep extension
5. Standing chest press
6. Chest fly
7. Laying pull down
8. Rear fly
9. Shoulder press
10. Lateral raise
