The BEST Stretch For Lower Back Pain #shorts

Most of the lower back pain, on the side of your back just above your hips, comes from the QL muscle that is located exactly in that area.
An easy way to test if this is your problem is to test the exercise of this video and see how it feels. If you feel relief by bending on the opposite side of the one where you're in pain, then bingo! Do this stretch daily along with the active dynamic work on the same movement.
