Offices and schools 'Get Lippy' and raise awareness of gynaecological cancers

Work places and individuals are marking Get Lippy Day today - a day to raise awareness of gynaecological cancers.

UK charity the Eve Appeal asks people to get loud and talk about gynae health. The aim is to start conversations about what is often considered an 'awkward' thing to talk about.

Many on the Rock have worn red or got involved with fundraising to support the occasion.

Francesca Makey has campaigned to 'Get Lippy' for years now, following her own experience of being diagnosed with cancer at the age of 17. She has this message to share.
