​Supreme Court upholds appeal by former GHA Medical Director; behaviour did not constitute bullying

The Supreme Court has found in favour of the former GHA medical director's appeal that his behaviour during an incident in 2017, does not constitute bullying.

Doctor Daniel Cassaglia had been found by an Employment Tribunal to have been responsible for bullying two GHA employees. An appeal, on points of law alone, did not challenge the findings of fact, but did argue that for behaviour to legally constitute bullying, it needs to be persistent.
