Need to fix your IT BANDS?

I assume that if you found this video then you're exactly like most people who come to train with me for the first time and your IT bands are unbearably tight!

Don't be ashamed, life does it to us all. Whether it's from sitting in the office all day or being on your feet and over time building up incredibly tight iliotibial bands because you put too much pressure on one part of your feet.

Here's the good news, it's easy to fix. Don't let someone tell you that you're screwed because it's as simple as these four things to get you back on track.

1. Roll out your IT bands
2. Roll out all parts of your quad
3. Stretch your TFL
4. Actively stretch and push against your IT bands with weighted exercises.
