How much amps/current is required to start a tractor ?

Measuring start amps/current of a tractor. I use a scope, so every current peak is catched. Measuring with a current clamp with display sometime's don't catch the maximum peak due to the refresh time. Tractor is a Ford 6640 SLE, around 80 HP.
