How to Cook Sweet & Sour Fish (Maya-Maya) | Better Than Take-Out | Chinese Style

In this video, I will share with you my sister's delicious recipe of Sweet & Sour Sauce, you can use it also for Sweet & Sour Pork, Shrimp, Chicken, Fish Fillet, and also for Lumpiang Shanghai. This is actually a #betterthantakeout style. I hope you get to try this recipe too. Enjoy cooking!

SWEET & SOUR FISH (Maya-Maya)
Ingredients:
1 kilo big fish (Maya-Maya, Lapu-Lapu or Tilapia)
Salt & Pepper
Cooking oil for frying the big fish
2-3 Onion, medium
1-2 carrot, medium
1-2 red bellpepper
ginger, thumb size, cut into strips also (Optional)
1 small or medium can, pineapple (tidbits)
1-2 cups juice of pineapplie
½ to 1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup banana catsup
8-10 tbsps brownsugar
5-8 tbsps white sugar
1-2 tbsps Worcestershire (optional, for additional flavor)
Salt & pepper to taste
½ to ¾ cups corn startch (for the slurry or pampalapot)
