HOW TO COOK ESCABECHE / Bisaya Style /Filipino Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe
ESCABECHE RECIPE: Bisaya Style
1 whole minced garlic
1/2 ( medium size) red onion
1 medium size ginger
1 small carrot
1/2 ( big size) red bell pepper
1/2 ( big size) green bell pepper
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. brown sugar ( add more sugar if you want to)
5 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 cups water
2 tbsp. cooking oil and another
1 cup cooking oil for frying
Cornstarch( optional )
Fish
