Core Strength Workout: 6 Minute Core Training For Mountain Biking
This is a core strength workout based around HIIT that is perfect for working on your mountain biking strength. No Equipment needed, just some determination and some floor space!

Train along with GMBN presenter Scotty and fitness guru Paul in this 6 minute workout video. No equipment needed, just some floor space. Start off with Star Jumps, then Squats, Press Ups, Back Extensions, Salamander and finish off with Burpees. Each exercise is for 40 seconds and take a 20 second rest between each set. This is an awesome set to do while it's dark and cold over Winter or if you are pushed for time. Can you beat Neil's 33 set record?!
