CELTIC fans have defied the club's stance on Palestine flags by producing a giant display in support of the state during tonight's match against Atletico Madrid.
Parkhead chiefs released a statement this afternoon explicitly urging supporters NOT to fly Palestine flags inside the ground during the Champions League fixture, and for the foreseeable future whilst the Israel-Hamas conflict is ongoing.
But several hundred Palestine flags were flown from the stands at Celtic Park as the match kicked off.
