The past couple of years, we’ve seen an increase in the originality of horror movies. It’s no longer all about haunted mansions, possessed people and creepy ghosts. The new film ‘A Quiet Place’ seems to ride that wave too, as it’s set in a world where monsters have killed most of mankind and the remaining survivors have to live without making any sound at all, because that’s what draws in the baddies. The film is directed by ‘The Office’s John Krasinski, who also plays the male lead.
