The sci-fi flick ‘Annihilation was released some time ago and managed to score rave reviews.
Visually the film truly is a piece of eye candy, with beautiful desaturated colors and surreal entities that walk and crawl around. One of the people responsible for this feat is Andrew Whitehurst, the visual effects supervisor.
The movie didn’t had the biggest budget ever, so naturally he and his team encountered obstacles which had to be resolved.
