Staying Active: How to use outdoor exercise equipment — for teenagers and adults

In this video Jarrod, an accredited Exercise Scientist from the City of Unley, shows teenagers and adults how they can use the exercise equipment located in many of the parks around South Australia as a way of staying active.
Repeat each exercise 10-15 times, with a 30 sec active rest in between and a quick drink break.
