this recipe yields roughly 8-10 ounces of infused oil. feel free to make less by just filling your container 1/2 way to 3/4 of the way with herbs, and add enough oil to cover. dont forget to leave a little room at the top for your herbs to expand.

if using a pressure cooker, set your glass jar in and fill 1/2 way with water. let infuse for at least an hour on lowest setting, or up to 2 -3 hours.
