R E C I P E

Matcha macaron shells:
55g icing sugar (aka confectioner or powdered sugar)
55g almond flour (aka ground almonds or almond meal)
50g egg whites (takes about 1 1/2 eggs)
50g white granulated sugar
5g (2 tsp) matcha powder

Matcha white chocolate ganache:
85g white chocolate
80g heavy whipping cream
5g (2 tsp) matcha powder

Painting material:
Juniper green gel food colouring (I'm using the brand Wilton)
Clear almond extract

55克 杏仁粉
55克 糖份

50克 蛋白
50克 白糖
5克(2小勺) 有机抹茶粉

抹茶白巧克力陷:
5克 (2小勺) 有机抹茶粉
80克 搅打奶油
85克 白巧克力

装饰：
食用色素膏（杜松绿）
杏仁香精
