Pilates For Toned Glutes & Thighs 25 mins
Here is a 25 mins long practice that focuses on strengthening your glutes and thighs using a resistance loop band. But don't worry if you don't have a band, all exercises can be done without the band. Remember to use your breath to maximise the execution of every movement. I hope you enjoy this class!
