OK, So Nick did a great job covering the video topic, But I thought that there was 4 science backed reasons men's gymnasts have such HUGE Biceps that he didn't cover...

This video content is 100% unique and is NOT Covered on any other fitness channel on Youtube to my knowledge. This is my own analyzation of how Gymnasts are able to grow such large biceps.

And most importantly I wanted to give you actionable advice on how you can implement these tactics into your own bicep workout to grow MONSTER BICEPS!

Men's Gymnasts are Olympic high level athletes and have huge arms. Many would say they are "jacked gymnasts" - and this is due to their unique training style.

Reason #1 - Static Hold Positions with Tensed Biceps (STILL RING EVENT)

ACTION STEP #1 - Incorporate ISOMETRIC HOLDS on your last reps during pull-ups
