Concerns raised for ‘pretty major’ Qantas privacy breach
Technology Commentator Trevor Long has discussed the “pretty major” privacy breach reported by Qantas passengers.
Mr Long’s comments come after Qantas Frequent Flymer members reported other people’s boarding passes and information showed up on their Qantas apps.
The airline has released a statement saying 'Qantas is investigating reports of an issue impacting the app this morning'.
“The glitch I assumed based on an update to the app,” he said.
“There was obviously an issue there with determining who you are.”
