Hey Guys this video was HIGHLY requested so I had to do it!!
So here is a routine to increase your pullups & overall strength THE PYRAMID SET! 10 - 1
start from your max pullups then keep going till you reach one and allways add a 10 second hold at the end set!!
Not easy but "IF IT BURNS IT WORKS!!"
